My Nighttime Skincare Routine

2
Hey everyone! My nighttime skincare routine is finally up on my YouTube Channel and it's really focused on anti-aging...more so than during the day. This routine is for dry skin but there are quite a few products here (like the Rice Brightening Cleansing Wipes, Pixi Glow Tonic, Algenist Genius Serum, and Eyelash Serum) that can be used on most skin types.

Here's my video below (you can play it right from here...no need to go over to YouTube) and then a quick recap of everything in the video in case you don't have time to watch it.

Products mentioned in the video:

Cleansers:
Belif Cleansing Gel Oil Enriched ($34) -This cleanser is so gentle yet amazing at removing makeup. Doesn't leave a greasy film.
Skinfood Rice Brightening Cleansing Tissues ($12)- Removes makeup without leaving a film and brightens at the same time. Plus you get 80 wipes so they last a long time!
Colleen Rothschild Radiant Cleansing Balm ($65)- One of my favorites for years now...makes makeup removal feel like a spa treatment and my skin glows after using it.

Toners:
Skinfood Avocado Toner ($20)- I've been using this for years...so hydrating and a great first layer after cleansing for dry skin. I wish they would bring the Avocado line to Ulta!
Pixi Glow Tonic-to-Go ($18)- I use these once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and smooth rough texture on my skin.

Serum:
Algenist Genius Liquid Collagen Serum ($115)- This is the first anti-aging product I've used where I saw results within a few days. It's pricey but worth it!

Moisturizers:
Elemis Peptide 4 Night Recovery Cream Oil ($59)- Lightweight texture but still super hydrating ...filled with anti-aging peptides, Omega 3, and antioxidants.
Colleen Rothschild Retinol Supreme Night Oil ($85) - I layer this over the Elemis to seal all of the moisture in. The first retinol I've tried that doesn't dry out my skin, even with nightly use. When I wake up in the morning, my skin is absolutely glowing!

Eyelashes:
Sky Organics Castor Oil ($15.95) - I've tried eyelash growth serums (GrandeLash, Rodan & Fields) but they irritated my eye area and made my lashline look red. This is an all-natural Castor Oil Treatment and it really seems to be working!

What are your favorite products to use at night? I'd love to hear about them!

  1. I was introduced to Colleen Rothschild because of you and I've become a big fan of her products, specifically the Radiant Cleansing Balm and Dual Enzyme Polish. I have always wanted to try the Face Oil No. 9 but didn't know if the cost was worth it for just a face oil, but one with Retinol? Absolutely. It's a genius idea to put retinol into such a moisturizing product. I'm placing my order today. Great video!

  2. I've been using the Vegalash serum on my eyes for a few days now and I'm already seeing a difference! I have super sensitive eyes and I have had no issues at all with this brand - they're all natural without any toxic chemicals so it makes me feel more at peace putting it near my eyes. I was using castor oil for awhile, but the results came slowly and it was kind of messy. I'd definitely recommend checking out Vegalash! I just got a lash lift and I am loving the combination of the lash lift with the growth serum :)
