The It Cosmetics Private Sale is live starting today and there are lots of goodies to choose from at a significant savings off of the retail price. I've had my eye on the Naturally Pretty Eyeshadow Palette for a while after reading so many rave reviews...in fact, I almost bought it last time I was at Ulta. So I feel like I was meant to wait, now I can save $12 on it! :)

    Do you know what the difference between this bye bye under eye in the silver packaging is from the one in the black tube? I couldn't find anything online. Plus, it seems like the description is exactly the same. Is it the same thing just packaged different?

    The one in the silver tube is the waterproof version. I haven't tried it so I'm not sure if the texture is different or how it performs. :)

      I don't know if the last comment posted, but... lol like I was saying. I thought the black one is also waterproof since it said that, but who knows. lol Im going to order and see if its any different. Ill let you know. Either way I love that concealer, so its a win-win. Its either different and waterproof, or Ill have a back up. Thanks :)
