Too Faced just released a preview of their Holiday 2017 collection on Allure.com, including the new White Chocolate Bar Palette! It includes pastel shades and that delicious cocoa scent. I'm still trying to figure out if I need this one but I have to admit, I'm happy to see some colors that aren't warm neutrals!

What are your thoughts on the White Chocolate Bar? Yay or Nay?

To see the rest of the holiday goodies, head on over to Allure.com.

  1. I love the chocolate bar palettes (the only TF palettes I still have in my collection) but this looks so awful IMO. And the mini White Chocolate Chip palette was dreadful. I may actually have to pass on this one. What is up with TF? -- Christina D.

    1. Hey Christina! I have no idea, haha they seem to be struggling a bit with ideas. I also didn't care for the White Choc Chip and ended up returning it. This one doesn't really interest me the more I look at it.

  2. This is such an easy pass for me. Way too many light shades and not enough mid-tone choices. Given the recent quality of Too Faced, I would expect that the quality of this palette is pretty poor.

    1. I would hope that the quality would be like the other Chocolate Bar palettes since it's part of the same line (fingers crossed) but I agree that the shades are too light for me as well. Then they threw in that random green?

  3. This is a (nay) for me. I honestly think it's time to give up on the whole chocolate and peach theme. It was cute and fun at first but its now time to retire.

    1. I totally agree...I feel like these days the makeup companies find success with a specific idea, run with it, and then beat it to death. I'm wishing for the days when they were always coming up with new and interesting ideas, but then again back then, they only did new releases a few times a year so they had time to think on it a bit more. They should follow Anastasia's lead and really take their time creating a color scheme/theme. It's been over a year since they released Modern Renaissance and they're only just now releasing Subculture.

  4. TF could not pay me to get this one. I used to be such a fan but then their quality went seriously downhill about a year and a half ago. The last good product I got from them was the Sweet Peach palette, which I do love. The PB&Honey one went straight back to the store, and this one, ugh. What were they thinking?!? A bunch of random pastels, a gross green, a black glitter. Nope, nope, nope.

    1. I agree, Sue. I think they should take some time and brainstorm some fresh new ideas! :)

  5. I like it! But I want to get the new ABH palette as well so I need to consult at my wallet first lol! Jen Are you still want to have a YouTube channel? I kind of looking forward to being your subscriber

    1. Hi Ella! Yes, I think I'm still going to do YouTube...but it probably won't be until the fall when my son starts school and I have some more time. I would LOVE to have you as a subscriber and am so happy you're interested. :)

  6. I can easily say "no" to this palette because it's another neutral palette with a random green and lilac thrown in there just because. I already have all these light neutral colors in my other palettes. Whenever a neutral palette has an unusual color that piques my interest, I try out a drugstore version first before spending lots of money on a shade that may or may not work for me.

    1. That's a great approach, trying the drugstore version first! And it's not too difficult these days since there are so many dupes out there. :)

  7. I love soft and whimsical looks for everyday, which I have trouble to get with the two palettes that I own since I'm really pale (I bought the wrong ones for me). I'm looking forward to buy the white chocolate chip for that purpose but the size of this palette seems to be a better value for the money. I have to admit that the green and orange shades puts me off. Those colors seem to don't belong to the color scheme of the palette.
I know there might be better options out there for the kind of looks I want to achieve, I'm just a beginner overwhelmed by the amount of makeup that it's in the market.

  8. I think it looks awesome and I am excited to add this one to the rest of my chocolate bar collection. I refuse to knock it and judge it before even trying it. I just picked up the Kandee Johnson collection today and the quality was on par. Buttery, creamy, pigmented, and it smells like yummy goodness to top it off
