e.l.f. Cosmetics is releasing a brand new palette in the Mad For Matte series called Holy Smokes, tomorrow August 8th, 2017 at elfcosmetics.com. 

It features ten all-matte shades in cooler tones and according to the brand, it will be even more pigmented than past palettes!
