Happy Monday! I hope you guys had a great weekend! I've decided to start a new series on the blog called New Makeup Mondays where I'll round up the hot new releases of the week all in one post.
This week has been pretty huge in the makeup world, starting with It Cosmetics (above). They launched several brand new products on Ulta.com including the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot, Bye Bye Breakout Treatment Concealer and Powder, Bye Bye Lines Foundation, Bye Bye Redness Powder, Perfect Lighting Radiant Touch Magic Wand, new Brow Power options, and more. I have my eye on the Bye Bye Lines foundation and the concealer pot so far.
Also just launched at Ulta.com is a brand called Woosh. They have some really clever-looking tools including a mascara that comes with a lid and lash shield, eye makeup stencils, and a liner brush that looks like a pizza cutter! They currently have seven products to choose from starting at $16. Available now at Ulta.com
Dose of Colors recently launched their Mint For You Collection on their website (I purchased a few products which I'll be reviewing soon) and it's now available at Ulta.com. The collection includes two new EyeDeal Duos, two blushes, two eye crayons, and two new matte lipsticks. Spoiler: The EyeDeal Duo and Blushes are awesome!
Anastasia Beverly Hills has launched the now-controversial Subculture Palette ($42), as well as new Matte Lipsticks in 30 shades ($18), Moonchild Glow Kit ($40), and Liquid Glow Highlighters in 4 shades ($25). According to the company, they'll be pressing the Subculture palette differently next time around, so if you were planning to buy it but hesitated because of the bad reviews, you may want to wait for the next batch. The new products are available at Ulta.com, Sephora.com, Macys.com and Dillards.com
Huda Beauty has just launched her new 3D Highlighter Palette in Summer Solstice ($45) at Sephora.com. The non-traditional highlighting shades are meant to create a warm gradient reminiscent of an endless sunset on your cheeks.
Mally Beauty has released a brand new version of her popular Muted Muse palette called Muted Muse Velvet ($29.96). If you've been following my blog for a while, you probably remember my review on the original and how much I loved it (I still use it all the time!). The new version features cooler shades in gorgeous fall tones. The larger highlight powders can also be used to set and brighten underneath your eyes. I already placed my order, so a review will be coming soon! Available now at QVC.com.
bareMinerals has released a brand new foundation called BarePro ($34). It claims to be a lightweight, oil-free, photo-friendly, full-coverage, long-wearing formula that blurs pores and and imperfections while improving your skin over time. It also has a self-setting matte finish!
It's available in 30 shades at Ulta.com, Sephora.com, and at QVC.com with a brush ($43.64).
Benefit has added a brand new shade to their lip and cheek tint lineup called GoGo Tint ($30). It's a cherry red stain that adds vibrancy to lips and cheeks and is available at Ulta.com.
Last but not least, Becca Cosmetics has launched their Velvet Blurring Primer Perfecting Base ($38). It claims to be feather-light and blur the look of pores, fine lines and imperfections, leaving your skin porcelain smooth with an airbrushed finish. I definitely want to try this one!
Available now at Ulta.com and Sephora.com
What are you excited to try (or have you tried any of these already)? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I love this idea and seeing all the new at once but I'm also going to go broke! There are too many things I want to try, the Mally Palette, Bare Minerals foundation, everything Dose of Colors and the IT Bye Bye Breakout Concealer and Powder. Yikes! I better stop there.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura, I'm so glad you like it! :) The Dose of Colors Mint Blushes and EyeDeal duo are definitely worth it and I'm hoping the Mally palette is too (I loved the original!). :)
DeleteI love this idea! Can you review both the BareMinerals and It foundations?
ReplyDeleteI really want to try both 👌🏼
Hi Julie! Thanks, I'm so glad you like the idea! I want to try both of those foundations as well so I definitely will. :)
DeleteGood idea! Some random thoughts: I'd like to try the Subculture palette, but how will we know what the new batches are and when they're available? I rather doubt ABH is going to be advertising them as such since they seem determined to rug-sweep the current problems, and are not recalling the crumbly palettes but selling them as usual.
ReplyDeleteThe new Mally palette looks gorgeous and I love her original Muted Muse. Hope Ulta gets this new one eventually.
Huda, hmmmm. I don't want my cheeks to look like "an endless desert sunset." I just want to look healthy. I am, however, looking forward to seeing what colors will be in her upcoming eyeshadow palette. Am hoping it's all cool tones!
Hi Sue! I've been wondering the same thing about Subculture...I'm hoping maybe they'll make an announcement when the new batch comes out but you're right...how will customers know which ones are in the stores unless they just recall all of the old ones?
DeleteI also hope new Muted Muse Velvet comes to Ulta like the last one did. I had thought when the original one launched at Ulta that a lot more people would talk about it but for some reason it really flew under the radar. Definitely an underrated palette!
And yes...Huda...not sure what the thought process was behind that one! LOL it's definitely not for everyone. :)
Wow I love IT Cosmetics! Did you get that huge PR package with all these products that I saw a bunch of bloggers get? I really want to see some reviews before I purchase and I trust your reviews more than most others. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Olivia, no unfortunately I didn't! :( Thank you so much for trusting my reviews...I really appreciate you saying that! I'm hoping I can buy some of the products to review anyway. :)
DeleteReview the new Barepro foundation please! Gosh I don't know how you can do all these reviews if you have to buy all the products yourself! 😳 Or do the companies send it to you as a free sample? I almost feel bad asking you to do reviews!
ReplyDeleteAw don't feel bad...I love to get your feedback and find out what you're interested in! It helps me to decide what to buy. I do get quite a few things sent to me from companies but I still buy the majority myself. So it's even more important for me to know what you guys are looking to see so that I know where to spend my money. :)
