I've never been into the whole matte liquid lipstick trend because I find them to be too drying, but there are times when I don't want a glossy lip look and prefer something with a matte finish. I recently picked up a few of the
Essence Matt Matt Matt lipsticks at Ulta after hearing Tati (Glamlifeguru on You Tube) raving about them and I'm so happy I did!

BOGO 50% off). Second, they're really creamy, highly pigmented, and long-lasting!
I picked up the first three shades which are pretty wearable, everyday shades (I don't often wear a darker, bolder lip) and you can see in the swatches below how beautiful the color saturation is!
Here they are on my lips...I like them all but Perfect Match (#02) is my favorite!

I've been wearing these for a few weeks now and I just love how comfortable they feel on my lips! They don't ever feel dry or get cakey and they have a very smooth matte finish. They typically last several hours on me, even through eating and drinking before I need to touch them up.
